Responsible Gaming

This page explains how to keep gambling in the entertainment category, and it states plainly what this site can and cannot do to help with that. This site is a set of static pages listing operators; it does not run any account or control that affects how a person gambles.

Planning and Limits

Decide the amount you are willing to spend before you start, and treat that amount as already spent the moment you place it. Deciding in advance removes the pressure to make a judgment call in the middle of play, when the desire to keep going is strongest.

Never chase a loss by increasing a stake to win back what is gone. A loss chased with a bigger bet usually turns one loss into two, because the decision is made from frustration rather than from the plan set before starting.

Keep gambling money separate from borrowed money or money set aside for bills. Money that is already committed elsewhere turns a loss into a debt problem instead of a bounded entertainment expense.

Take breaks during a session rather than playing in one unbroken stretch. Stepping away, even briefly, gives you a chance to check whether you are still playing for enjoyment or simply continuing out of momentum.

Involve someone else as soon as gambling stops feeling like entertainment, rather than waiting until it becomes a bigger problem. An early conversation with a partner, friend, or one of the organisations linked below is easier to have, and more useful, than one that starts after significant loss.

Where Controls Actually Live

Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are account features. They exist inside an account at an operator's own site, set up and enforced by that operator's own systems. This site has no account, no form and no server-side application behind it, so nothing published here can switch such a control on, check its status, or enforce it. Each of the operator listings on this site ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. That line exists because everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site — each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that point on the destination's own rules, checks and account controls apply, not anything published here.

Nobody's age is verified on this site, and no gambling takes place on it; any check of that kind happens at the destination. The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this site, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing, as a plain statement of who this content is for.

Independent Help

Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: gambleaware.nsw.gov.au, gamblinghelponline.org.au, and responsiblegambling.vic.gov.au. Those links are the only outbound links on the whole site that are not commercial. Unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them.

What This Site Does Not Provide

No advertising or behavioural profiling network operates on these pages, so nothing here is targeted at a reader who has shown risky behaviour. This site has no login, no registration, and no user account, so it cannot hold a support ticket, run a counselling service, or promise a response time. Anyone who wants deposit limits, loss limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, or similar controls needs to arrange them inside an account at the relevant destination — that is the only place such controls can be set up or turned off.
